Broadway Fitness

Adults of all fitness levels are invited to get healthier in body, mind, and spirit in a fun atmosphere.

This free class will take place on Tuesday nights at the Port Coquitlam campus.  Make sure to bring a water bottle and wear clothing that lets you move and sweat!   This is a great opportunity to invite a friend, neighbour, or family member to connect with our church.  First time attendees will also need to fill out a brief health questionnaire before participating
