Groups run for six weeks, giving you the chance to journey alongside others meaningfully. To ensure the best experience possible for everyone who signs up, we ask that you miss no more than two sessions. You can continue or join a new group for another six weeks at the end of the six weeks.
If you can't commit to a group now, that's okay! You can still come and join our open group, a group specifically for people to drop in or come when they can.
